track season has started!
monday- they talked to us about food and what we should eat and then they had us run 20 min
tuesday- we did time trials for the 100 and 200 meter dash, i did horrible! I AM NOT A SPRINTER!
wednesday- we did stations, medicine balls, hurdles, jumpropes, jumping, and skipping things
thursday- we split into two groups, sprinters and long distances. I was a long distance runner of course :) long distance people ran for 20 min. then we did build ups and then we did an indian run for our cool down.
friday- we did the P90X plyometrics
